David Osteen
Fantastic Sleep | Owner & President
David Osteen was born in Texas and grew up in the Houston Area. He is an Eagle Scout, a University of Houston Graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a double minor, and has been in ministry for 20+ years.

That is what brought David and his wonderful family to San Antonio back in 2016. He founded Fantastic Sleep with a desire to change people's lives by offering the best services and service in the sleep medicine industry. He is thankful for the team he has assembled and hopes that you experience the same joy and thankfulness from their care and work as he does.
Dr. David Michalak
Fantastic Sleep | Medical Director
Dr. Michalak is a native of the Houston area and lives in The Woodlands with his wife and two daughters. When he’s not helping patients, he enjoys carpentry and woodworking - especially building antique-style furniture.

In addition to family practice, Dr. Michalak is board certified in sleep medicine and is dedicated to providing the highest quality of patient care. He personally evaluates every sleep test that Fantastic Sleep performs and ensures each patient receives an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plan.

Jazmine Nelson
Fantastic Sleep | Director of Operations
Jazmine started with Fantastic Sleep in June of 2022 after working for several years in the hospitality industry. She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and brings warmth and compassion and a dedicated work ethic to patient's sleep study needs. We appreciate her bright smile and servant's heart with which she serves patients, physician offices, and our team.

Delma Balderas
Fantastic Sleep | Delivery & Temp Tech
Delma has been with Fantastic Sleep from almost the very beginning in 2017. She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has exceptional people skills. Talk to her for five minutes and you'll feel like you've been friends for a lifetime. Delma is delightful, hard-working, and one of the most genuine, happy, and down-to-earth people you can meet. She is trustworthy, loyal, and a key part of the growth of Fantastic Sleep through the years. We would not be where we are today without here. We are blessed and thankful that even in "retirement" she continues to make us her fantastic family.
Joshua Osteen
Fantastic Sleep | Customer Care Coordinator
Joshua joined Fantastic Sleep in June of 2022 and quickly endeared himself to our patients. He is an easy-going fellow who works to put patients at ease and convey our qualities of respect, compassion, and care. He is also bilingual (English/Spanish) but doesn't like to show off. :) Patients routinely are very complimentary of the service he provides and he continues to grow in his skills. We are thankful and blessed to have him as a fun part of our Fantastic Team!!!
Tommy Norman
Fantastic Sleep | Delivery & Temp Tech
Tommy joined Fantastic Sleep in November of 2024 and is retired military. Tommy has also been active in ministry for decades and continues to serve his community having moved back to San Antonio. Tommy is a great communicator with an infectious smile and laugh. He brings great discipline to his work but also great joy. He loves talking and interacting with patients and helping others get answers to those who are searching for them. We are blessed to have Tommy join our Fantastic team!
Cris Murillo
Fantastic Sleep | Patient Care Manager
Cris joined the Fantastic Sleep team in July of 2023. Cris is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has an extensive background in customer service and joined our team to help handle all of our phone calls. Since then, he has excelled in his knowledge of sleep medicine and patient care and has shown a great aptitude in working with others. As a result, he was promoted to Patient Care Manager in October of 2024. When you talk to Cris, you can immediately tell that he genuinely cares for people, and that he has a heart of kindness and a desire to help others. We are blessed to have him on our team.
Antoine Conrado
Fantastic Sleep | Patient Reports and Billing
Antoine joined Fantastic Sleep in February of 2024. We were blessed to have another bilingual (English/Spanish) go-getter on our team. Antoine brings a lot of energy to all that he does and is a very positive and driven individual. He has a passion for music but has enjoyed getting to know the sleep industry and helping to streamline some of our systems to provide a better, more efficient, process for both our patients and physician offices. Antoine is an integral part of what makes Fantastic Sleep fantastic!
AC Ubilla
Fantastic Sleep | Insurance Verification and Back Office Assistance
AC joined Fantastic Sleep in April of 2024. He is bilingual (English/Spanish) and grew up in the Miami area as the son of a diplomat. With training in law, he is a sharp young man with attention to detail. He is responsible for helping to get patient insurance verified properly and also assisting with other back office admin duties. AC is a very driven young man and we are thankful he has chosen to lend his talents to this Fantastic team!
Jo Dietrich
Fantastic Sleep | Customer Service Specialist - Phone Support
Jo also joined Fantastic Sleep in April of 2024. While originally hired to help with back office work, his amazing people skills shined, and we knew he would be the best fit to help with customer service and on the phones. He is also bilingual (English/Spanish) and began supporting Cris in that work and has taken on more of that role in October since Cris' promotion. Jo also has a background in law, but his aptitude as a kind and diligent problem-solver is a tremendous asset of customer service that he brings to this Fantastic Team.
Darcel Mejia
Fantastic Sleep | Insurance Verification & Back Office Support
Darcel started assisting us with back office administrative work on a part-time basis in July of 2024. She quickly proved herself and was promoted to a full-time position of providing support across all back office parts of the company. She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and already had a healthcare background working with UHC, and so with that, in addition to her meticulous attention to detail and note-taking, she was able to catch on quickly and provide the support we needed to be an even more efficient and productive fantastic team! We are blessed to have her supporting our patients, physicians, and practice.
